1921 was a year of many changes. Scientists made life-changing discoveries and after over a decade, African Americans swept the stage on Broadway with all black musicals. While Russia was suffering from a mass famine, the United States was busy creating new and delicious snacks and Betty Crocker became a household name. Political conflicts were patched up as the United States and Germany finally signed a treaty, long after World War 1 had ended. Warren G. Harding took the role as the new nation's leader and became the 29th president of the United States. 1921 was a year full of achievements and success on the nation's behalf.
