There are many places to visit in China. Shanghai is the largest
city in China with over 20 million people living there. It is
located on the east coast of China. There is a harbor in Shanghai,
it is the busiest harbor in China. The Yuyuan Garden is located in
the center of Shanghai’s Old City. The Jade Rock is very rare
because the rock weighs five tons.
As well as Shanghai, the Himalaya Mountain Range is 1,500 miles
long. The Himalaya Mountains have eight of the ten highest peaks in
the world. The Himalaya Mountain Range has a lack of oxygen, because
of all the freezing cold temperatures in the Himalaya Mountains.
Also there is the Forbidden City. The Forbidden City is located
in the heart of Beijing and it has 980 buildings, 8,707 rooms in it,
and it is the world’s largest palace. It took 16 years to build the
Forbidden City. The Forbidden City is covered in yellow because the
color yellow is a symbol of the royal family. The color black is
special because the Chinese believed that black represents water and
it could extinguish fire. The Forbidden City is now a museum so it
is not forbidden anymore like it used to be.
So you can see that if you visit China you could go to Shanghai
because of the beautiful Yuyuan Garden and the Himalaya Mountain
Range because of the great sight of the tallest mountain Mt.
Everest. Also you should go to the Forbidden City because it is the
world’s largest palace.
