HALLOWEEN
by Jason

"Ahhhhhh," Travis screamed. I turned around to see a huge spider crawling up my little brother Travis's head. I wacked it off his head with my hand. I crushed it. I picked him up and we ran with our candy. We heard loud sounds and saw scary pumpkins coming from the distance. Our candy bag was full it was hard for us to run . I almost fell.We kept running. We stopped. I found a perfect spot to hide in. We looked closely at the thing that was chasing us. As it passed by us we hid quietly for five minutes, before we left our hiding spot. I could smell candy in the air. We saw bats in thy sky above us. They were biting each other. Most of them were bleeding. The blood dropped down from the sky. We ran and ran until I said "I need to take a breath"! After resting I started running again. Suddenly Travis screamed. I was silent. I couldn't move. My eyes widened as I saw it come closer. I was surprised to see that he was crying. I asked him what was wrong. He told me his name was Cram and no one wanted to be his friend. We walked to houses to get candy. The next day Cram went out. I saw that he lived across the street and he went to our school. I asked him if he wanted to be my friend. He said yes. We had a race to school I hope next Halloween is the best Halloween.
