Update on Waverly:

In September, Waverly took her final test at Guiding Eyes and passed with flying colors. This is her graduation picture. She did so well, in fact, that she was made a brood, and had her first litter on January 30^th. Her eight puppies were named Ernie, Ed, Elliot, Ellie, Evan, Emily, Elmo, and Eugene. As they grow, they will be given tests to determine if they are suited for the Guiding Eyes puppy Raising Program. We are all very proud of Waverly, and happy to have been given the chance to work with her!

This year, Mrs. Gleeson is co-raising Clarice, a German Shepherd puppy, who was born on November 3, 2003. They first visited us in March, and now we look forward to seeing them every week. We know that part of our job is to help Clarice feel comfortable in different situations and with many different people. She always wags her tail, and tries to do whatever we ask. Sometimes, she even falls asleep when we're talking---she's VERY comfortable in our class! We'll be telling you more about her in the future.
