Halloween House

One full moon night on Halloween I walked carefully into a deserted house… As I walked in (BAM!) the door slammed behind me. Inside the house there were hundreds of doors and broken windows.
As I slowly crept through the house, I noticed paintings with eerie eyes that seemed to follow me around… Occasionally I heard a scream that made me jump and I saw little, tiny worms creeping through the house. Suddenly I heard flapping wings and crawling legs that startled me.
Suddenly a dark, gray mist came upon the house…I heard a shatter. (CRASH!) I turned around and saw nothing. Then there was a blast! (BOOM!) I looked behind me and finally a flash and a swirl! And there, hanging in front of me was a bat and a dark red, huge tarantula! They turned to me and whispered very, very softly…"Happy Halloween."
