There are many places to visit in China. First I should tell you about the largest city in China,

Shanghai. It has the major international Sea/Air Port. Shanghai also has the famous place called "The Bund" which is a very busy street. Built by westerns.

Another reason to visit China is to see Tibet. Once there you must go to Potala Palace, the home of the Dalai Lama who got exiled (kicked out) because of his beliefs. There are only six million people who live in Tibet. Most are farmers or herders. The Tibetan Plateau averages about 16,000 in elevation, making it one of the highest regions on earth.

The final reason to visit China is to see the Terracotta Soldiers. First, Terracotta Soldiers were built because of the first emperor in China. Terracotta means clay, that’s why the soldiers are called "Terracotta Soldiers" (Clay Soldiers). The first emperor in China "Qi Shi Huang Di" didn’t want his body to be harmed when he was dead, so he told people to bury his dead body somewhere special that no one can find. The soldiers guard him for his after-life.

As you can see, China is an interesting place to visit. Make sure you visit Shanghai, Tibet, and Terracotta Soldiers the realm of Qi Shi Huang Di.
