Nadia's Teacher Moves In

Wow ! You wouldn't believe what happened, Mrs. Rollman's was flooded. Everybody in her family had to come to my house! She made me remember all my subtraction and addition facts. After that we had a snack. We had ice cream with sprinkles then we watched some movies. Mrs. Rollman said, "Let's go to Carvel." I said "yes." She ran up the stairs and got her wallet. We ran into her car and went to Carvel. The next day was Monday. Mrs. Rollman said, "Now let me hand out the math test." I got an "A." All my friends got B's and C's. At lunchtime my friends teased me. Then the teacher walked by and said, "Nadia, I'm sorry but Dana's mom invited me to stay with her." I frowned but Dana was jumping up and down. It changed my frown into a smiley face. I calmed Dana down and we had ice cream.
