Whoosh, Whoosh. I heard a sound as I was walking through the cornfield on a golden, sunny, autumn day. To my surprise I saw a shadowy figure in the distance. He wore a ragged old baseball cap. I glanced at his yellow denim overalls and blue hair. I peered at orange plaid pants. He had a triangular nose. I noticed he wore owl brown shoes. Looking carefully, I noticed his laces looked like the legs on an octopus. His patches reminded me of little colorful boxes. I gazed at his pitchfork. It reminded me of a tree stump with a fork perched on top. It was a scarecrow!
