My Wave
By Daniella

Crash! Went the wave! I was at Marble Beach. I noticed that it was so hot that my skin was as red as an apple. The sand was as bumpy as a pumpkin. Then I noticed a wave barging toward me. It was so special to me because it made a happy face right at me.

I wished I could take the wave home. I did! I ran home and tried to find the biggest jar. Finally I found the perfect jar. I ran back to the beach. The wave was still there. I ran to the water and took the lid off the jar. Splash, went the wave. It jumped right in the jar. It was heavy but I still carried it home. I took the wave to the fish shop to find a tank. I asked the man if there were any tanks that cost ten dollars? He said yes, so I bought the tank and put the wave in it. That wave turned out to be my favorite.
