The Mysterious Wave
By Jonathan

I was sweating when I got on the sand. The sand was crispy and it felt like ashes that were just on fire. My favorite wave was gigantic, and was traveling from far, far away. The sun was like a lighthouse in the sky.

"It is time to go home," my Mom as she said snatched my chair and walked toward the car. While we were in the car driving, I turned around and there was a humongous wave chasing us. I wanted to tell everybody in the world, but I kept it a secret.

As soon as I got home, I ran up the stairs to my room and locked my door. I looked out my window, and didn't see the wave. I turned around, it was in my room. I knew I had to take it back. I asked my Dad if I could go and get something I forgot, and he agreed. We drove back and I released the wave. It began racing towards the ocean at about 90-mph. I ducked and it went toward the water. Boom! It hit the water and it was gone! I never saw it again.
