I Found a Wave
By Tanea
When I went to the beach it smelled like salty waves rushing by. Then my toes sunk into the squishy sand. Billions of wee little shells were all about me. There were milky colored ones and some that shone as bright as the golden colored sun. The pale blue waves began to get aggressive, but the light green seaweed just swayed around.
A beautiful wave caught my attention. It was crystal blue. Suddenly many seagulls began singing like real people. Soon that one wave rose and shone like the sun! This one wave really, really pleased me. I decided to place my hand over the bright wave. I was pleased with it so much that I had to get a sunflower bucket and made it stay inside. I headed home, and ran downstairs to the freezer. Carefully, I stuffed it into the freezer so I could have him forever.
