''Crrrrrk,'' I opened the door, and walked in to the empty house! I heard my heart thump, and the sound of whooshing wind. I walked cautiously down the hall, I heard footsteps on the stairs, and the sound of scurrying feet. The planks on the floor creaked, and there were scary pictures on the wall that seemed to watch me where ever I went.
