Once upon a time there was a girl name Gloria who was taking a vacation. She went to a hotel in New York where it was clean and big and servants took care of you. She went in and asked a man sitting at the front table to take her to a room. He took her to room 306 on the third floor. She was very tired so she went to sleep. It started to get hot as a volcano. She opened a window. It all began when she left the window open. She laid in her bed, staring with her eyes wide open. She looked closely at the wallpaper. What was happening? It caught her eye like a snap. She stared at the wallpaper and saw something move. In the distance the bellboy could hear her scream. He opened the door carefully, and called her name, but she did not respond. He could not find her. The only thing he found was a piece of her shirt hanging on the window. They never saw her again. No one was ever allowed in that room again. They tore the wallpaper down and looked at it one more time-- but it was blank.
