There are many places to visit in China. To begin with, I would
like to explore the city of Beijing. In Beijing, there is the top
secret Forbidden City. It was home to 24 emperors. It is the world’s
largest complex with 980 buildings and 8,707 rooms. Tiananmen Square
is another place in Beijing to visit. It is said to hold 1 million
people and is the world’s largest public square. Finally, I want to
visit the Beijing Zoo which is known for its pandas, animals native
only to China. It opened to the public in 1908 and later in 1955, it
was reopened as the Beijing Zoo.
Another example of a wonderful place to visit in China is the
Himalayan Mountains. In the Himalayan Mountains I would like to see
all the exotic flowers. I wonder what the orchid would smell like.
Seeing the 10 highest peaks would be pretty interesting as well.
Last but not least, I would like to see the Terracotta Warriors.
A large group of over 7,000 life sized clay warriors were found in
1974 by farmers. I think what makes them special is that they’re
over 2,000 years old.
As you can see China is a great place to visit. Beijing, the
Himalayan Mountains, and the Terracotta Warriors are just a few
sites that you can explore. If you ever go to China, I hope that you
