Stone Barns Animals in the Fall

On a chilly and sunny morning I took a nature walk along the paths at Stone Barns. As I walked by the flowers their sweet smell hit me. I couldn’t help but notice the light orange and yellow leaves that had fallen on the grass and paths. If you listened closely you could hear the crunch of the leaves getting stepped on. In the distance I spied birds flapping in the fall air. As I touched the corn it felt like loose teeth. The dill tasted like salad that was bitter.
