Stone Barns Animals in the Fall

"Neigh, neigh," I heard as I dashed toward the horse pen at the Stone Barns. As I got closer, I spotted the beautiful ponies. I couldn’t help but notice that the colors of the magnificent mammals were chestnuts and bay. I stared at the white blaze going down the nose on each of their faces. In the distance I could hear the ponies stomping their hooved feet in the moist mud and manure of the field. The air filled with the fresh farm smells of grass, mud and animals.
