Stone Barns Animals in the Fall

"Grunt, grunt!" I heard as I rushed up the hill. All of a sudden I saw three huge, black pigs in the distance at the Stone Barns pig pen. I looked closely at the pigs digging in the moist, muddy dirt for grubs. The air was filled with the smell of the pigs. I felt a big, chilly gust of wind hit me on the face and then it was gone. It was really fun observing the mud-caked mammals, but I could still smell those pigs!
