What Do Farmers Do?

We really enjoyed visiting Stone Barns because it is so much fun to look at the animals. On this trip we interviewed Mr. Haney, a real livestock farmer. We asked him lots of questions about the farm animals and his job. We learned about sheering sheep. We made felt balls with sheep's wool. After they dried we got to take them home. Our school is lucky to be so close to Stone Barns. Visiting there is always interesting and so much fun!
