In Nine-in-one Grr!Grr! Tiger goes to the great Shao because
she wanted to know how many babies she would have. This story contains adjectives
(describing words), nouns (a person, place or thing) and verbs (action words). The great
Shao tells her she would have nine babies every year. He told her, "If you can
remember my words, then you will have them. If you forget, I can't help you." So as
tiger walked home she made up a little song to help herself remember. It went like this.
"Nine-in-one, Grr! Grr!" But then the wise old Eu bird tricked her into saying,
"One-in-nine, Grr! Grr!" So that is why there aren't many tigers on the earth
today.
