A rabbits is a a mammal. It has short legs in the front and they have long and strong back legs. Rabbits do not walk or run they hop or leap. They can move very quickly, zigzagging to avoid capture. This is important because rabbits have many enemies, including owls, hawks, foxes, coyotes, and people. Rabbits live all over the world.
