Nicole's Review

Today I saw a play called the Freedom Train! It was a very good play. It was also a funny play but it was not just a funny play. It was a sad play because in the play Harriet Tubman got hit in the head with a gun and fell asleep and then fell to the ground. Harriet Tubman wanted to run away from being a slave in the south. So she decided to plan something with her family which was to run away at night. But her master heard them speaking. Then one day later Harriet escaped and went back to help other people escape. That's when she helped about 70 people. One guy decided to go back but Harriet told him no. But he said, "Yes," so Harriet pulled his shirt and brought him back to Canada. I think you ought to see this play because it was a very good performance. I learned a lot about Harriet Tubman and you will too!
