I took my truck to Delaware and my first stop was Dover, the capital.
As soon as I got there, I looked at a map of Delaware, and I realized
why Thomas Jefferson called it a diamond, it was small, but valuable.
Even thought the map was small, it was filled to the brim with
interesting places. I got in the truck, and I was off to the Wilmington
Grand Opera House. The music was FABULOUS! Then I was off to the beaches
of Rehoboth for fishing, sailing, and tanning. As I sunbathed, I saw
some senators from Washington. There are sure a lot of chicken farms in
Delaware. My last stop was in Wilmington. I waved good bye to Delaware
as I crossed the Delaware Memorial Bridge on my way to New Jersey to
catch a Springsteen concert.
