First, I drove through Massachusetts and a little bit of New Hampshire to get to Maine. On the way I stopped at a gas station and drank some of Poland Spring's refreshing water. While I was driving through Maine I saw Maine's state bird the chickadee. I took two great pictures of it. In Maine I visited Bar Harbor and had a lobster roll. It was great, it is filled with amazing summer resorts. While I was driving I saw people whale watching and I also saw the common puffin (a type of penguin.) While I was driving in "down south" Maine I visited Augusta, the state capital, it has great history. Maine has a lot of paper mills too, I even saw one. Then I went to Maine's coastline to go lobster fishing. I caught 3 huge lobsters. They were so delicious! I had an outstanding time fishing. I saw 3 people singing the "State of Maine Song" so I joined in. I had a great time in Maine so now I'm off to really see New Hampshire.
