Pennsylvania

It was June 5, 1999 and I was really tired driving from New Mexico to Pennsylvania. It's quite a long drive coming across Texas! When I got there I saw a lot of amazing things like Hershey's Chocolate World. When I tried a Hershey's Kiss I got so excited! I visited Harrisburg, the capital of Pennsylvania and learned all of it's symbols. I was lucky enough to get tickets to a game between the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Philadelphia Phillies. I stopped to see Ben Franklin's house in Philadelphia. I went in and saw the Franklin stove also the bifocal glasses that he invented. Then I saw a big statue of him. Philadelphia is the home of the Liberty Bell and the Philadelphia 76ers basketball team, too! I drove off to visit the Amish country and then off to New Jersey! What a trip!
