While many events may change during a pandemic, our Pocantico garden and the harvest remain a strong force in our school! Students participated in harvesting the garden vegetables they worked so hard to plant last spring. Stations of food prep outside provided space for students to spread out and remove beans and chop assorted veggies for the cafeteria staff to season with love. The final product was a hit. All students and staff were invited to the cafeteria to enjoy the harvest soup for lunch.
" It is the best soup I have tried here. I always like the harvest soup," Diamond commented.
"My compliments to the chef, oh wait, that's me!" another student joked.
