Registration Information
Registration for Junior Pre-K (3s) 2025-2026 school year is open!
Registration for Pre-K and Kindergarten begins in March!

Preschool/Early Intervention Registration
Students being referred to the Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) please contact Student Services (914) 631-2440, x700 before registering your child. If you have already been in contact with student services, continue with student registration.

Eligibility for Pre-K (3s): Child must be 3 years of age on or before December 1, 2025.
Eligibility for Pre-K: Child must be 4 years of age on or before December 1, 2025.
Eligible for Kindergarten: Child must be 5 years of age on or before December 1, 2025.

Registration Instructions

1. Log into eSD Parent Portal
2. Click Register New Student
3. Complete the required forms
  
  Once the initial online registration has been submitted, the district registrar will process your application and you will receive an automated email from Operoo (with your username and temporary password) prompting you to complete the required forms and upload required documents.
  
  Required Documents (will be submitted via Operoo)
- Driver’s License or Passport of the Guardian
- Mortgage Statement, DEED or Signed Contract to Purchase Home, or Current Lease/Rental Agreement
- Recent Utility Bill
- Student’s Birth Certificate or Passport
If your child does not live with both parents, please complete the Special Home Circumstances Form in OPEROO.

Junior Pre-K (3s) Program Flyer
The Pocantico Hills Junior PreK (3s) program is a full-day free preschool program for families living in the district. Children turning three by December 1st are eligible to register. Click here to read more about this exciting program.

Change of Address Instructions

If you are moving out of the Pocantico Central School District, please complete the withdrawal form for student and send them via:
- email to mpraino@pocanticohills.org
- fax to (914) 631-1619
If you are moving within the Pocantico Hills School District borders, you will need to complete a change of address form and provide a new proof of residency. It is important to update your address with us. If you do not update your address with us, we will not be able to change this information in our student records system.
