At Pocantico Hills, we believe that participation in sports provides a wealth of opportunities and experiences that assist students in their education. Accordingly, the district offers students opportunities to participate in several sports across three seasons. The district is a member of the New York State Public High School Athletic Association, competing in modified sports only in Section I. League affiliation is with Conference III.

Important Forms for Modified Sports

The required parent/guardian permission form and the required health history forms are now available under the Modified Sports Health History Forms tab. The forms can be filled out electronically and submitted automatically. Players will not be able to practice until both forms are completed.
